• Weazel News-Created Content:
  • $600 per post (includes professional copywriting by our team, up to 800 words).
  • Additional words (up to 1,200 total): $100

1. General Agreement
By purchasing advertising space with Weazel News, the advertiser (“Client”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all aspects of the advertisement placement and campaign.

2. Advertising Content
2.1. The Client is responsible for providing the final advertisement content, which must comply with Weazel News’ content guidelines.
2.2. All content must align with applicable laws and regulations and must not contain the following:

• False or misleading information.
• Hate speech, offensive language, or discriminatory messages.
• Adult content, graphic violence, or inappropriate materials.
  2.3. Weazel News reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify advertisements that violate these guidelines or the station’s ethical standards.

3. Submission and Approval
3.1. Advertisements must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the scheduled publish date for approval.
3.2. Approval is required for all ads before they are aired. Edits requested by Weazel News to meet content standards must be completed before publishing.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. Pricing for advertisement slots is provided in the rate card, available upon request.
4.2. Full payment is required before the advertisement is aired unless a written agreement for deferred payment exists.
4.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of advertisements.

5. Scheduling and Placement
5.1. Advertisement scheduling is based on availability and the Client’s preferences, but specific slots cannot be guaranteed without confirmation.
5.2. In the event of scheduling conflicts, Weazel News will provide alternative time slots or equivalent compensation.

6. Liability
6.1. The Client assumes full responsibility for the content of their advertisement. Weazel News is not liable for claims arising from the publishing of the Client’s ad.
6.2. In case of errors caused by Weazel News, the Client is entitled to a re-publish at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1. Cancellations must be requested in writing at least three (3) business days before the advertisement’s scheduled run. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable fees.
7.2. Weazel News reserves the right to terminate advertising agreements at any time if the Client violates these terms.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all campaign details, pricing, and negotiations confidential unless required by law.

9. Force Majeure
Weazel News is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or strikes.

10. Amendments
These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes affecting active agreements.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of San Andreas. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Andreas.
