NO REPORT. NO JUSTICE. NO EXCUSE.

The State’s Most Heinous Law Enforcement Failure Yet

WARNING: The following article contains disturbing facts and a level of rage appropriate for the sheer incompetence described. Reader discretion is advised.

On September 7th, 2025, the people of San Andreas were betrayed, not by a criminal, but by the very agencies sworn to protect them.

That day, Vince Mincini, a respected citizen and brother to the esteemed Sergeant Chase Justice of the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office, was brutally attacked and left for dead near Roxwood Airport by none other than the infamous Lawrence Benjamin. Benjamin, a convicted criminal and known high-ranking member of the Syndicate Crime Group, had escaped custody, gathered accomplices, and nearly beat Vince Mincini to death in a savage ambush that would rattle even the hardest crime reporter.

But that’s not the worst part.

A CRIME SCENE IGNORED.

A SYSTEM THAT DOESN’T GIVE A DAMN.

Weazel News, through an official public records request, obtained the 911 call and dispatch log, which documents the law enforcement response to the assault. Over six officers from ALL THREE MAJOR STATE AGENCIES, the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), and Blaine County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), responded to the call.

And what did they do?

They watched Vince Mincini, unconscious and barely alive, get rushed to the ER with multiple blunt force trauma injuries to the head. And then?
They left.

No scene security. No investigation. No evidence collection. No photography. No follow-up.
And most damning of all?

NO. GODDAMN. POLICE. REPORT.

That’s right, not a single officer on scene, including one with the rank of Lieutenant, had the competence, care, or common f***ing sense to take paper on an attempted murder carried out by the most dangerous fugitive in San Andreas history.

THE SILENCE SCREAMS

Let’s be clear: Lawrence Benjamin, the most violent and high-profile criminal in the state, called 911 himself to report what he did and then fled the scene. He taunted the system, and the system responded with a shrug.

It wasn’t until Sergeant Chase Justice, the victim’s brother, contacted the lead investigators that anyone in the criminal justice apparatus even knew about the incident.

Think about that.

The victim’s brother, not the responding officers, had to tell investigators that a crime even happened.

What the hell is going on?

THIS IS UNFORGIVABLE.

THIS IS TREASON TO PUBLIC TRUST.

Weazel News is calling, loudly and furiously, for the immediate resignation of the following:

  • The Department Heads of the San Andreas Highway Patrol, Los Santos Police Department, and Blaine County Sheriff’s Office
  • All Field Training Officers (FTOs) and a review of training.
  • Immediate internal affairs investigations into every single officer who responded to CAD Call #32743
  • Termination of those found to have knowingly failed to uphold basic law enforcement procedures in the face of near-fatal violence

These aren’t rookie mistakes. These are failures of culture, leadership, and duty. This was gross negligence on a level that can only be described as criminal indifference. And for what? To avoid paperwork? To ignore responsibility? To cover for one another?

Weazel News will not stand by silently.

NAMES WITHHELD — FOR NOW.

While we are currently withholding the names of the responding officers, out of respect for due process, make no mistake: they will be released. The public deserves to know who was on scene and who failed to act.

TO VINCE: STAY STRONG.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Vince Mincini, who remains under medical supervision after enduring a level of violence no human should face, especially not from someone the system was supposed to keep locked up.

Weazel News is watching.
We’re digging.
And we will not stop until accountability is served.

This isn’t about one man. This is about all of us. If the system can abandon Vince, it can abandon you.

This is the beginning of a multi-part story that will follow up with several members of the law enforcement community AND the San Andreas Government.
