With broken hearts, we share the devastating loss of James Bradford, a beloved husband, son, and friend, who was taken from us far too soon on February 23, 2025.
James wasn’t just a police officer—he was a protector, a man of integrity, and someone who always put others before himself. He dedicated years of his life to the Los Santos Police Department, rising to the rank of Commander before stepping down to focus on what mattered most to him: his marriage to Madison Bradford. Their love was strong, and he was so proud to build a life with her.
On that tragic day, James was doing what he had always done—standing for what was right—when he was killed in the line of duty at Mission Row. It’s impossible to put into words the depth of this loss. James had a way of making everyone around him feel safe, not just because of the badge he wore, but because of the kind, steady, and loyal man he was.
James leaves behind his wife, Madison, and countless friends and family who will forever carry his memory. He was the best of us—selfless, courageous, and full of love. Our world is darker without him, but we take comfort in knowing that he left it a better place than he found it.
Rest easy, James. We love you, we miss you, and we will never forget you.
